Mindfulness in the workplace involves being in the present and not judging one's innate talent or intelligence – rather, being open to new possibilities. The essence of mindfulness at work is “believing that you can improve and grow with experience, moving towards challenges, living in the moment, and discovering new things about yourself and others’ . Mindfulness in the workplace helps to decrease stress and promote productivity and efficiency among team members.
