Course summary
One of the best practices at work is to create a safe working environment for all employees. Knowledge of the regulations pertaining to this will enable create and ensure prevention of sexual harassment in workplaces. This course on 'POSH for all' imparts understanding the workplace sexual harassment, types and impact of sexual harassment, responsibilities of managers, HR and leadership teams and the role and responsibilities of the Internal compliance committee to prevent and address sexual harassment in workplaces.
Learning outcome

Modules
This course helps the learner understand the POSH law. The module showcases different instances of typical sexual harassment happening in the workplace and gives an understanding on what has to be done during such instances by the victim or a witness to such instances.
This course explains the roles and responsibilities of a manager to ensure POSH compliance and practices being rightfully followed in the team in order to ensure safety of employees in the workplace. The Managers will be made to become aware of the procedures to handle when such incidents occurs or when an employee come up for support when subject to such behaviors.
