Course summary
Honing the right skills required for leadership is a critical aspect of success as a leader. Success of the team and in turn the organization depends greatly on how capable the leaders are and how best they possess the required skills for leadership. This course on 'Leadership Skills' aims to help the leaders of the organization to inspire their team, evaluate the needs of the stakeholder, establish goals for self and the team, plan and strategize efficiently, become the center of network to influence others naturally, motivate self and others for growth, acquire the skills to listen and question rightly, focus on developing the team members as their growth determines the organization's growth. The course also deals with the fundamentals of leadership such as knowing the leadership styles and effective delegation. To be an effective leader, one must be creative in finding solution and be decisive. The course covers these areas and enriches the leaders with knowledge of risk analysis and management.
