The course gives an understanding on the art of team development by building the qualities of an ideal team. The module helps learner explore the different stages of a team and the role of each team member. The module also deals with the elements leading to a dysfunctional team.

The course gives an understanding on the types of conflicts and deals with how to identify conflicts and how to approach conflicts with professionalism and conflict resolution strategies. The module also deals with mediation strategies and their importance and guidelines for mediating conflicts
The course deals with the role of EQ in building a stronger team, gives an understanding on the role of empathy in a team, power of appreciation, and empathetic communication. All these put together builds a cohesive team.
