Course summary

To complete our everyday tasks and achieve goal, we need to keep up with time meticulously. Time available to everyone is same, but it depends on the individual's ability to plan and utilize it effectively. This course on 'Time Management' will enable the learners to understand the ways to manage time effectively and to be more resourceful by the use of time management strategies.

Learning outcome

By the end of the course, learner will be able to:

  • Understand the importance of managing one's time through simple techniques.
  • Organize their work, follow a schedule, make effective communication that could result in saving time.
  • Prioritize work and learn to say 'no' when required .
  • Set goals and plan the work to achieve the same.

The course explains how to be organized at work in order to establish a proper work-life balance, understand the importance of not procrastinating and avoiding time wasters. The course provides ways to avoid unnecessary extensive work through proper understanding of the task by clear communication with peers and reporting manager.
